When Little Cultures – a boutique frozen-yoghurt and dessert brand set out to open their new space in Lakeside Joondalup Shopping Centre, they weren’t just building a kiosk; they were crafting an experience. Every detail had to earn attention – transforming a small tenancy into a bright, memorable space that reflected the brand’s energy and personality.
Alldin brought that vision to life, reimagining the existing shell into a layered, design-driven retail fit-out. From the forest-green feature tiles to the reeded-glass inserts and hoop-pine ply framing the space plays with texture and light.
Every junction was resolved with precision – matte black, powder-coated trims, illuminated acrylic signage, and concealed service lines ensure the design remains as refined behind the scenes as it appears front of house. Scope of work
Alldin delivered a complete retail refurbishment in Joondalup, turning a dated tenancy into a clean, modern, and welcoming space that enhances both functionality and customer flow.
Working closely with Tracey Parke Design, our team ensured every material and layout detail reflected the brand’s vibrant identity while meeting centre compliance.
Scope included:
Demolition of existing POS counter, low walls, and obsolete electrical systems
Installation of new ply-framed panels with glass and diffused-vinyl finishes
Cleaning and restoration of existing safety-vinyl flooring, including coving and welded joints for a seamless result
Supply and installation of green feature tiles, powder-coated black skirting, and custom ply joinery
Full electrical and plumbing reconnections for new café equipment — coffee machine, grinders, and soft-serve systems
Integration of digital signage, LED menu boards, and branded graphic panels
Minor painting, clear-coat finishes, and final professional clean prior to handover

Our material palette – forest-green ceramic tiles, reeded glass vinyl, and matte-finished hoop-pine ply – creates a textural balance of warmth and modernity.
Each element was installed with millimetre-perfect accuracy, ensuring concealed fixings, hygienic coving, and durable finishes that meet retail standards.
