Scope of Work
The commercial retail fitout works included shopfront detailing, display fixture installation, walling, ceiling works, flooring, electrical integration, painting, joinery installation, signage coordination and final handover.
Alldin’s scope included:
- Installation of display fixtures D-FIX 01 to D-FIX 11, including wall displays, gondolas, promo displays, glazing bay fixtures, lockable drawers, POS counter and illuminated mirror elements.
- Installation of general fixtures in accordance with the design schedule, including Laminex surrounds, powder-coated plinths, sink cabinet and client-supplied mirror.
- Supply and installation of the entry door and custom routered S2 panel.
- Construction of the new photo booth and store room.
- Floor scanning, concrete chasing, and make-good works.
- Complete electrical installation, including power provision to signage locations and 24-hour timer allowance.
- Supply and installation of Expona Commercial vinyl plank flooring and threshold edge strip.
- Flush plastered ceiling works, access panels and painting.
- General joinery installation and hardware, including installation of selected client-supplied equipment.
- Preliminaries, including building permit, skip bins, EWP and insurance.

Custom Shopfront and Entry Feature
The shopfront was designed to make Cutie Hut instantly recognisable within The Park Centre.
The custom arched entry softens the glass frontage and creates a clear point of arrival. The shopfront combines powder-coated framing, pivot doors, illuminated lettering and patterned detailing to create a storefront that feels fun, polished and highly visible.
The drawings specified individually illuminated Cutie Hut letters to the front of the entry panel, connected to a 24-hour timer set to centre hours. This is a small but important detail in a shopping centre environment, where signage needs to perform consistently while aligning with operating requirements.
The finished result is a shopfront that works as both architecture and advertising. It helps the store stand out, draws customers in and communicates the brand before a customer even enters.
Shopping Centre Fit-Out Coordination
Delivering a retail fit-out in a shopping centre requires more than standard construction. The project must consider landlord approval, access, services, signage, compliance, mall interfaces, safety requirements and trade sequencing.

The project schedule shows coordination across gyprock, electrical, hydraulic services, fire services, mechanical services, shopfront glazing, floor scanning, shopfront portal/doors, painting, floor finishes, joinery, signage, final clean and handover.
