Scope of work
This full nail salon renovation in Perth included:
Demolition of previous joinery, lighting and decorative elements
New shopfront construction with bifold doors and structural support
Custom joinery installation, including nail colour display shelving and POS divider
Feature lighting (Orion and Strix pendant series, Nordic cylinders, LED strip lights)
New signage installation with 3D illuminated acrylic logo
Decorative finishes, including champagne mirrors, Haifu Kenzo mosaic tiles, and perforated metal panelling
Painting and plaster finish works
Final clean and handover within program
Compliance & Coordination
Operating inside a Vicinity Centre required strict coordination with landlord design criteria and statutory obligations:
Full BCA and DDA compliance
Coordination with mechanical, electrical, fire, and hydraulic services
Adherence to Vicinity’s updated silica policy (no engineered stone used)
Shopfront and signage installed in line with lease line and façade engineering requirements
We provided all required documentation including structural certifications, building permit, and final occupancy approval.
