Scope of work
Alldin was engaged to deliver a full shopfront upgrade and internal refurbishment, including:
Complete defit of existing front-of-house elements, including signage, lighting, and decorative features
Supply and installation of custom batten cladding as per architectural drawings
Application of large-format vinyl graphics on a smooth substrate
Installation of new 3D illuminated signage
Upgrade of lighting with pendant and downlights (supplied by client)
Ceiling patching and paintwork
Slide bolt locking system installed for refrigeration compliance
Hoarding installed and removed in accordance with Vicinity’s access protocols
Final site clean and project handover
This retail shop fit-out in Ellenbrook was coordinated in alignment with Vicinity’s approval processes and executed while the centre remained operational.
Compliance & Coordination
We worked closely with Vicinity Centres to meet all tenancy requirements:
BCA and DDA compliance
Fire and electrical disconnection/reconnection
Shopfront sealing and polishing to VICINITY standards
Coordination with Ellenbrook Central for hoarding, inspections and access
Adherence to silica-free policies and current design approvals
All documentation, from engineering sign-off to health inspection prep, was managed and coordinated by Alldin to ensure a seamless handover.
