Fashion Retail Fit-Out Designed for Function in just 1 month
Retail spaces need to do more than look good on opening day. They need to support product display, customer movement, fitting room comfort, staff usability and the overall shopping experience.
For this Mandurah project, the design intent retained key existing building elements where appropriate while introducing a series of targeted upgrades. The commercial fit-out included retaining ceilings and services, new change room walls, fresh internal paint finishes, standard lighting upgrades, hybrid herringbone flooring, professional cleaning to retained entry tile areas, shopfront refinements, and new signage aligned with the brand vision.
The result is the kind of retail environment fashion brands need: clean, practical, visually consistent and ready for day-to-day trade inside a busy WA shopping centre.

Built for shopping centre compliance and coordinated delivery
Retail fitouts in centres like Mandurah Forum require more than standard shopfitting. They demand detailed coordination with landlord approvals, centre operations, base building conditions and service requirements.
Alldin ensures that specific requirements are met. These requirements include: building permits, access provisions, concealed services, flush finishes, shopfront compliance, flooring transitions, concealed lighting, service coordination and structural review of shopfront elements. That is exactly why shopping centre fitouts need an experienced commercial builder who understands how to deliver within tenancy guidelines while still achieving the intended retail outcome.
Designed to Perform – Lighting Integration
Lighting plays a critical role in retail environments, shaping how products are seen, how customers move through the space, and how the brand is experienced in-store.
For the You & All Mandurah fitout, Alldin delivered a fully coordinated lighting installation, including:
- 36 downlights across the retail floor
- 2 track light systems with 7 fittings per track
- 6 feature wall lights
- 2 back-of-house panel lights
- 16 LED strip lengths integrated throughout the space
This layered lighting approach ensures the store is bright, functional and visually consistent, enhancing product displays while supporting day-to-day retail operations.
